87 skins whose own skin.ini declares a black and white palette. Skins with no colour in them at all — the readability comes from shape and contrast alone. The style most top players end up on.
Measured, not tagged: these are the combo colours osu! will actually paint the hit circles with, read from each archive. A skin called "Blue Zenith" that is not blue will not be here, and one that never says so in its name will.
