osu! skins by colour
Not from the title — from the skin. osu! draws the hit circle near-white
and multiplies it by the combo colours in skin.ini at runtime, so the ini is
where a skin's colour actually lives. We read it out of 659
archives and sorted them by the most saturated colour each one chose, which is the one
you register at speed.
