Skins by theme
Nobody tags osu! skins by what they depict — not the forum, not the catalogues. But authors name their work after it, so the titles carry the information and these are parsed out of them. Matching is conservative on purpose: a wrong tag would attach an artist's work to a franchise it has nothing to do with, so a theme is only asserted on a distinctive phrase.
